We are conveniently located on Fairview Avenue, in Seattle’s South Lake Union Neighborhood, two blocks South of the Mercer Street I-5 ramp. There are typically many metered parking spaces available on Fairview Ave. in front of the studio. Many of the side streets in the neighborhood have no parking meters and there are often spaces available.

The new South Lake Union Streetcar connects the downtown retail core, the Denny triangle, and the South Lake Union neighborhood. The closest station is less than two blocks from our studio. It is a quick an inexpensive alternative to driving and parking.

Fairview Ave. is conveniently accesible via Metro Bus Route #70 which serves the U-District, Downtown Seattle, and Pioneer Square.
