Marika Molnar referred Lisa to the authentic method of Pilates and recommended she study with Lauren Stephen at Pilates Seattle International (PSI). Lisa was impressed by the constructive change her body felt and immersed herself into the vigorous training program a PSI. She was certified in the authentic method in November 2001 and has worked at PSI since her graduation. Lisa is dedicated to being supportive while stressing clarity and specificity. Lisa believes her clients are able to make significant shifts over time and has, for herself, a constant goal to nurture those changes.
