A “True Pilates Teacher of Teachers” trained by Romana Kryzanowska, Lori also earned a Master of Physical Therapy from Temple University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from SUNY Purchase. She has worked in outpatient physical therapy for over 15 years and has been teaching Pilates for more than 20 years.

As a Founding Co-Owner and Co-Director of Pilates Seattle International, she has had the privilege of working closely with Romana to maintain the integrity and complexity of the Pilates method that Joseph created. Lori has extensive experience presenting lectures and demonstrations to local and national Physical Therapy communities regarding Pilates and its remarkable benefits, as well as traveling nationally and internationally as a Teacher Trainer, educating Pilates instructors in both Pilates and Anatomy. Lori is a Romana’s Pilates Level 2 Instructor Trainer.
