Tracey MacNeill, MPT
Tracey MacNeill, MPT has a master’s degree in physical therapy from University of Washington, a BA from University of Vermont, and completed the massage practitioner program from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.
She continued her physical therapy education with courses in Gary Gray functional exercise, kinesiotaping, manual therapy by NAIOMT, Upledger Institute, and Tom Myers. She incorporates a comprehensive approach to recovery and the prevention of injury. She believes the body must move to heal properly, even in early stages of injury. These techniques and the educating her patients with individualized home programs form a central aspect of her rehabilitation. Independence in self care and reaching full recovery are her goals for all. She enjoys working with all ages and fitness levels. Tracey is currently in the apprentice program at PSI and is excited about using the techniques to help her patients.
Tracey recently returned to Seattle after spending 3 years on the East coast. She loves traveling with her husband and daughter, the outdoors, Pilates, yoga, and was a collegiate gymnast.
